21/4 H.P. is "tax power" depending on motor displacement, it isn't related to real engine power.
Thor motors were used for Torpedo motorcycles. Spring suspension of front fork was special feature of Torpedo models.
American Torpedo has no connection with Torpedo motorcycles produced in Austro-Hungary, England, Germany and Australia.
